Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KREO platform, dashboard and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys and any activity under your organisation. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or circumvent security controls, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not exceed documented rate limits through automated circumvention.
4. Plans, billing and quotas
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Usage is metered per the plan you select. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you store in the Service. You grant KREO the limited rights necessary to host, process and back up that data in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you process.
6. Availability
We strive for high availability and operate the Service with care. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis; any specific availability commitments, if offered, are agreed separately in writing for Enterprise customers.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. Upon termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period unless prohibited by law.
8. Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and KREO's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
